💳 Payment Policy

  1. 1. We use an automatic payment system. Once your account is linked, tuition will be automatically charged each month to secure your class spot until cancellation.
  2. 2. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. A 3% processing fee applies to credit and debit card payments.
  3. 3. For annual packages, the full amount will be deposited into your account and tuition will be automatically deducted monthly from your account balance.


🔁 Class Change Policy

  1. 1. All classes can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice before the class starts. Late requests will not be accepted.

  2. 2. Make-up classes at a different campus will incur a $5 per class cross-campus fee; make-ups at the same campus are free of charge.

  3. 3. All make-up classes must be completed within the 2025–2026 academic year.

  4. 4. If you wish to withdraw from classes, please inform us one month in advance via email.


💰 Absence / Refund Policy

  1. 1. Absences and make-ups are not supported for single or monthly plans. Annual plan holders may request up to three absences per year, and the full amount will be credited back to their account balance.

  2. 2. Account balance is non-refundable but can be used to purchase any products at any of our campuses.
